WHEREAS, Matthew S. Crosby and Diane E. Crosby, of Harrisburg, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Jim Miller
Custom Builders, Inc. (Contractor) for the construction of a home upon land designated as
Lot No. 4, Walnut Point Development, Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.

Matthew
S.
Crosby and Diane E. Crosby, Owners to Jim Miller Custom Builders, Inc., Contractor, to
commence work on the residential structure for and in consideration of the making of said
contract and the payment of $1.00 (receipt of which consideration is hereby acknowledged)
to the Contractor from the Owners, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the home
being erected by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, or by any material men or workmen,
or any other person, for labor or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials or service,
because of the construction of said dwelling house, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Owners and the undersigned Contractor are
executing this Stipulation Against Liens, with intent to be legally bound hereby.
