RECEIPT. RELEASE AND REF DING AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we, THOMAS E. BENTZ and DOROTHY L.
BENTZ, sole intestate heirs of the Estate of LESLIE K. BENTZ, late of West Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge receipt ofall funds owing to each
of us under the administration of the Estate of LESLIE K. BENTZ by THOMAS E. BENTZ,
Administrator thereof.
AND, THEREFORE, we, in our capacity as intestate heirs hereby, remise, release, quit-claim,
and forever discharge the Administrator and the Estate herein from all actions, suits, payments, accounts,
reckonings, claims and demands whatever, from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of
these presents.
AND, THEREFORE, desiring to avoid the delay and expense of the settlement of said Estate
by filing an Accounting with the Court we hereby agree that this statement concerning the matter of
settlement may recorded with the same effect had it been filed and a decree of distribution made by the
Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division.
AND, THEREFORE, in consideration of the aforesaid settlement we, the said THOMAS E.
BENTZ and DOROTHY L. BENTZ, do hereby agree that if any debts or demands shall be hereafter
recovered against the Estate and be legally payable out of the same, to the extent of the distribution that
has been provided to each of us, we will return to the said Estate such amount thereof as may be
necessary to pay such debts or demands.
