BEHMAN, DECEASED °f E` ._; , _..., _, ,_ _ , --v : , ~~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WHEREAS Ada H._ B~hrnan, late of ' : ,-; _, --~ .. - Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died testate on November 11, 2007, having first made her Last Will and Testament, which was duly executed on September 9, 2005, and is duly recorded in the Cumberland County Courthouse, Register of Wills, File No. 2107-1130; WHEREAS, Ada H. Behman, by the aforesaid Last Will and Testament, named Jane B. Hall as Executrix of her Last Will and Testament; WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary on the estate of decedent were duly issued by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County and were granted to Jane B. Hall on December 14, 2007, hereinafter called Personal Representative; WHEREAS, the Personal Representative has gathered the probate assets of the estate of the decedent, which consists of personal property to a total value of $1,510.45 as set forth in Exhibit A, which is a statement of account of the said Personal Representative, and which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit A; WHEREAS, the balance for distribution as shown in the statement marked Exhibit A has been distributed as herein indicated in accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the decedent; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that we, Jane B. Hall, David L. Hall, M. Scott Behman, and Andrew B. Hall, being the beneficiaries and heirs of the decedent, and being those persons entitled to inherit under the Last Will and Testament, do hereby acknowledge that we have this day had and received from the Personal Representative, in full satisfaction and payment, all sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests and devices as are given, devised and bequeathed to us, which amounts we have received this day, and which amounts are set opposite our names in the table and schedule of distribution in the statement attached hereto and marked Exhibit A; AND, we do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in the filing of a formal account and schedule of distribution, we agree that no account is necessary; and we do hereby consent to distribution being made without the filing of an account and schedule of distribution, the same to be with the same force and effect as if it had been filed and confirmed by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas, Cumberland County. THEREFORE, we and each of us do hereby remise, release, quit claim and forever discharge the Personal Representative, Jane B.
