RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIENS
Know ant man by uses ptaaarrta, that we, the undersigned, ConUador, Ridgeview Custom Homes. LLC. a
M*W liability company. of 945 Ridge Road, Shippensbug, Perxhsylvanis 17257, together with all
Suboorrtractors, Medhsrocs and Material Men. for value received, have remised, released, and waived, and
by two presents, do, for ourselves and heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and waive, to
and in favor of Ridgeview Custom Homes, I.I.C. a limited liability company, of 945 Ridge Road,
Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257, its heirs and assigns, ('owner') our right under Act of Assembly,
"bled, 'The Mechanics Lion Act of 19133,' to ills or enter on record mid Mechanics Lien or Liens against all
the certain lot of ground at 420 Woodtawrh Lane, Carrlissle. situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania. for any and all work done upon, or materials tarnished for the dwelling house or other
buildings on said lot or lots by us in the erection. bulding and completion thereof, or that may hsrealter be
done or furnished on the same, so that tithe said properly shall be and will be free of all such Nan, so far as
our claims are concerned.

Contractor, and each of the undersigned, for Itself and Its successors and asslgne, and all parties
acting or claiming through or under them, do hereby release and waive any rights it or they may now or
hereafter have to tit or maintain mechanic's liens or balms against the above-described red estate, or
buildin aa or other improvemerits to be erected thereon, or any of them, or the estate, Interest or We thereto
of Owner, for or on account of any work dons prior to the date hereof under any agreement or any prior
agreement seising to services to be rendered in connection with and lot or on account of any work done in
