This instrument is executed this 30`h day of September, 2009, by Robert J. Coldsmith,
III, an adult individual d/b/a Robert Coldsmith General Construction ("Contractor"), with
an address of 1 Hope Lane, Newville, Pennsylvania, in favor of Paul D. Wilson and Jessica L.
Wilson, husband and wife ("Owners"). Whereas, Owners are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Contractor for the erection of improvements situate
in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully described as
