at 10:00 am in Courtroom #5, 4`'' Floor, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
3. Counsel is unavailable that day due to a conflict in his schedule requiring him to
be out of town. Additionally, an important witness on behalf of Ms. Young will be unavailable
as well.
4. Counsel/Petitioner has contacted opposing counsel Marcus McKnight who does
not oppose this request,
