ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or pa'cel of land situated in the Township of
Hampden, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more'
fully bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the northerly right-of-way line of Invemess
Drive, Twenty-five Feet (25') from the centerline of the same and being a front
property corner of Lot 22;
THENCE along said Lot 22, North 19 Degrees 37 Minutes 37 Seco .ntis West
(N19°37'37"W') a distance of 120.00 feet to a poi.hr., said point being a comer of
