STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS tlP` THIS AGREEMENT, made the of October, 2009, by and between
Ron Helm Construction, Inc.
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
Glenn A. Raup and Annette L. Raup,
hereinafter referred to as Owner,
whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family
residence on that certain lot of ground known as:
Lot #2 Raup Subdivision Plan, 3 Autumn Drive, South Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One and 00/100 Dollar ($1.00) to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the
further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them
against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of
any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings
on the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their
subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or
any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an
independent covenant.

Plan for Christopher Raup", prepared by Brehm-Lebo Engineering, Inc., dated December 24,
2008, last revised May 20, 2009, file no. 08-SM-055 and recorded July 20, 2009 at Instrument
Number 200925043 and being more fully described herein.
BEGINNING at an existing iron pin in Autumn Drive (T-542); thence, along lands now or
formerly of Jackie Chestnut and Darel E. and Victoria L. Bohn South 2 degrees, 26 minutes, 52
seconds East a distance of 343.29 feet to an iron pin, through an existing iron pin 25.52 feet
from the Beginning; thence, along lands now or formerly of Dean J. and Joann J. Sadesky South
11 degrees, 12 minutes, 30 seconds East a distance of 167.79 feet to an iron pin; thence, along
lands depicted Lot #1 of the previously mentioned plat South 88 degrees, 11 minutes, 9
seconds West a distance of 271.31 feet to an iron pin; thence, along Lot #1 North 12 degrees, 56
minutes, 47 seconds West a distance of 210.54 feet to an iron pin; thence, along lands of Lot #1
North 2 degrees, 26 minutes, 50 seconds West a distance of 171.51 feet to a point in Autumn
Drive, through an iron pin 37.54' from the end of this line; thence, along lands now or formerly
of James L. and Kathleen M. Rudolph North 41 degrees, 40 minutes, 3 seconds East a distance
of 109.57 feet to a point in Autumn Drive; thence along the same North 74 degrees, 18 minutes,
19 seconds East a distance of 213.51 feet to an iron pin, the point of Beginning.
CONTAINING: 2.9948 Acres
BEING a portion of the same premises which Genevieve A. Diehl and Suzanne Diehl, by Deed
dated June 26, 2009 and recorded July 2, 2009 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, at Instrument Number 200922896, granted and conveyed
unto Christopher A. Raup and Jennifer L. Raup.
BEING the same premises which Christopher A. Raup and Jennifer L. Raup, by Deed dated
and recorded August 20, 2009 in the Officer of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, at Instrument Number 200929372, granted and conveyed unto Glenn A.
Raup and Annette L. Raup, Mortgagors herein.
