PETITION FOR ADJUDICATION/STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 13th day of October, 2009, the confirmation attached hereto is
conditional and that no monies aze to be distributed unless and until all taxable
beneficiaries in the said estate have signed consents to the informal adjustments made to
the attached schedule of distribution. If any of the taxable beneficiaries refuse to so
cooperate then the executor and counsel for the estate are directed to file an amended
formal accounting and proposed distribution which shall be further subject to my
confirmation.
