ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this (~ day of October, 2009, following a hearing, and
finding that Catherine P. Rittle is an incapacitated person in need of a plenary guardian
of her person and plenary guardian of her estate, IT IS ORDERED:
(1) Lorrina Jane Coffey, the daughter of Catherine P. Rittle, is appointed plenary
guardian of the person of Catherine P. Rittle and plenary guardian of the estate of
Catherine P. Rittle.
(2) No bond is required.
(3) Lorrina Jane Coffey shall comply with the reporting requirements set forth in
20 Pa.C.S. Section 5521(c).
