I am in receipt of your letter dated September 21, 2009 relative to fie Status~lteport f~ `
the above referenced estate. This is to advise you that I have attempted to contact the
Personal Representative, Susan Mason, on numerous occasions relative to the
administrative of the estate but she had not responded to any of my correspondence.
As a result, I am uncertain whether the administration of the estate is complete. Mrs.
Mason moved sometime following the start of the estate administration and can be
