THE ESTATE OF BETTY J. MARSTON
ESTATE NUMBER 21-08-0645
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that:
WHEREAS, Betty J. Marston, late of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died
intestate on March 28, 2008; and,
WHEREAS, the decedent was survived by her husband, Carl T. Marston, and
five children; and
WHEREAS, the decedent's spouse and four of her children signed renunciations
so that Deborah J. Gast could. serve as Administrator of the estate: and,
WHEREAS, Letters of Administration were duly issued by the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to Deborah J. Gaston June 13, 2008; and,
WHEREAS, the Administrator has gathered the assets of the estate, consisting
of a bank account at M&T Bank, a vehicle and various refunds from prepaid items, to a
total value of $11,160.81; and,
WHEREAS, the balance for distribution has been reduced to cash and is
available for distribution in accordance with 20 Pa.C.S.A. section 2102(3), relating to
decedent's who die without a will.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that I, being the sole residual beneficiaries of
my wife, Betty J. Marston, do hereby acknowledge that I have this day a~~e~d to ~ ~~

all sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests, and devises as are directed y X20

AND, I do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved
in the filing of a formal account and schedule of distribution, I agree that no account is
necessary and I do hereby agree that I do consent to distribution being made without
the filing of an account and schedule of distribution, the same to be with the same force
and effect as if they had been filed and confirmed by the Orphans' Court Division of the
Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County;
AND FURTHER, I do release the said administrator from any and all claims
against her for her administration of this estate and all other matters affecting the
administration of the estate.
THEREFORE, I do hereby covenant and agree that should any liability come due
to the estate of the said decedent after the signing of this agreement, I covenant and
agree that I will pay any legally enforceable claims, demands, suits, or causes of action
which may be successfully prosecuted against the said estate or the aforesaid personal
representative after the signing, sealing and delivery of this family settlement
agreement and final release.
