DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST
PURSUANT TO 20 PA CONS STAT ANNOTATED &6201
David E. Schock, Jr., Son of Barbara M. Schock, Deceased, and beneficiary of the estate of
Barbara M. Schock, hereby states as follows:
1. Decedent, Bazbaza M. Schock, died on July 4, 2009, leaving no will and thus died
intestate. Letters of Administration thereon were granted by the Register of Wills, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania to her husband, David M. Schock, Sr. On July 24, 2009.
2. Under Pa.C.S.A.§§2102(4),2103(1), David E. Schock,Jr.,isentitledtoaone-eighth
share of the Decedent's estate.
As beneficiary to the estate of Bazbara M. Schock, David E. Schock, Jr., the
undersigned, hereby disclaims any interest to the Decedent's estate.
4. David E. Schock, Jr., Beneficiary of the estate of Barbara M. Schock, Deceased,
intends to deliver this disclaimer to the Administrator of said estate and, if necessary, to file it with
the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, pursuant to 20 Pa. Cons. Stat. §6201.
