Meck: ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land, situated in the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGI]vNING at a point on the southern right-of--way line of Wertzville Road (Pa. Route No. 944) at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 2 and 1 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing line between Lots Nos. 2 and 1, South eighteen (18) degrees fifty (50) minutes West, a distance of one hundred fifty-two and ninety-two one-hundredths (152.92) feet to a point; thence continuing along the dividing line between said Lots Nos. 2 and 1, South seventy- five (75) degrees twenty-four (24) minutes West, a distance of ninety-nine and seventy-nine one-hundredths (99.79) feet to point at line of lands now or formerly of Lang Myers; thence along said line of lands now or formerly of Larry Myers, North thirty (30) degrees sixteen (16) minutes East, a distance of one hundred fifty-eight and thirty-eight one-hundredths (158.38) feet to an iron pin at the southern right-of- way line of Wertzville Road (Pa. Route No. 944) first mentioned above; thence along said southern right-of--way line of Wertzville Road (Pa. Route No. 944) North seventy-five (75) degrees twenty-four (24) minutes West, a distance of one hundred thirty-one and twenty-seven one-hundredths (131.27) feet to a point on the same at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 2 and 1 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, the point and Place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot No. 2 as shown on a certain Plan of Lots as laid out by Ross S. Blust and Anna K. Bust, his wife, on September 11, 1969, and as revised on August 28, 1972, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 23, Page 81. TOGETHER with all of grantor's right of title and interest to a tract of ground laid on the aforesaid plan of Ross S. Blust and Anna K. Blust as an unopened street or easement 50.14 feet in width, one-half of which grantor has acquired by adverse possession and which is described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the South side of Mt. Zion Drive at the corner of Lot No. 2 described above, thence along Lot No. 2 South 14 degrees, 40 minutes, 43 seconds West a distance of 152.88 feet, thence North 79 degrees, 33 minutes, 17 seconds West a distance of 25.07 feet to a point, thence North 14 degrees, 40 minutes 43 seconds East a distance of 152 feet, more of less, to a point on Mt. Zion Drive, thence along the South Side of Mt. Zion Drive South 79 degrees, 33 minutes, 17 seconds East a distance of 25.07 feet to a point at the corner of Lot No. 2, the place of BEGINNING. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Ross S. Blust and Anna K. Blust, his wife, by their deed dated November 3, 1972 and recorded in the Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Deed Book X-24, Page 178 granted and conveyed unto Russell C. Meck and Anna E. Meck, his wife. UNDER AND SUBJECT, to building, zoning, deed restrictions, rights-of- way and easements of record or visible by inspection. AND the said Grantor for himself, and his heirs, executors and administrators, does covenant, promise and agree, to and with the said Grantee, and Grantee's successors and assigns, by these presents, that it, the said Grantor has not done, committed, or knowingly or willingly suffered to be done or committed, any act, matter or thing whatsoever whereby the premises hereby granted, or any part thereof, is, are, shall or may be impeached, charged or encumbered, in title, charge, estate or otherwise howsoever.
