The Petitioners wish to apply for a marriage license, and the Register of Wills requires that both applicants be present when the application for marriage license is submitted. 3. Carol M. Molin is ill and unable to visit the Register of Wills Office to apply for the marriage license. WHEREFORE, the Petitioners request that the Court authorize a clerk of the Register of Wills to take the application at the Petitioners' home.
