Cook We are writing regarding the attached letter about the above estate. The letter from the Cumberland County Register of Wills states that additional probate fees are due. This is a result of two retirement accounts (one IRA and one 401k) which were incorrectly shown on Schedule B of Form REV-1500, instead of Schedule G. Please reclassify the two retirement accounts which had Christine Cook named as the beneficiary to Schedule G and notify the Register of Wills of the change.
