We aze responding to the enclosed notice regarding additional probate fees for the above
estate. As you can see from the attached letter to the Department of Revenue, we have
asked for an administrative adjustment on the REV-1500 which will result in no
additional probate fees due to the estate.
Please adjust your records to show that no additional probate fees aze due. If you have
any questions or need additional information, please let me know. Thank you for your

We are responding to the enclosed letter dated July 31, 2009 regarding the above estate.
The letter states that additional probate fees of $570.00 are due. This invoice was sent
because non-probate assets (TOD accounts) were listed on Schedule B, instead of
Schedule G.
As all of the assets listed on Schedule B were actually in TOD accounts, please notify the
Cumberland County Register of Wills that the return has been adjusted and no additional
probate fees are due.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please let me know. Thank you
for your help in this matter.
