distribution of the personalty of the estate, and directs any commercial bank to negotiate
any checks payable to the Margaret Kois or the Estate of Margaret Kois and to close any
account and distribute the balance to LARRY S. RANKIN upon his signature in
accordance with the Last Will and Testament attached to the Petition.
