Plaintiff is Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-3 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3, a corporation duly organized and doing business at the above captioned address. 2. The Defendant is Nicole A Herb, who is the mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his/her last-known address is 320 Franklin Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 170131856. The Defendant is David A Herb, who is the mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his/her last-known address is 320 Franklin Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. On November 30, 2006, mortgagors made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Option One Mortgage Corporation which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1974, Page 4952. The aforesaid mortgage was thereafter assigned by Option One Mortgage Corporation to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-3 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3, by Assignment of Mortgage, which will be duly recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County. The premises subject to said mortgage is described in the mortgage attached as Exhibit "A" and is known as 3 Colton Drive, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257. 7. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of principal and interest upon said mortgage due June 1, 2009 and each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of said mortgage, upon default in such payments for a period of one month, the entire principal balance and all interest due thereon are collectible forthwith. 8. The following amounts are due on the mortgage: Principal Balance $ 204,219.50 Interest through October 16, 2009 $ 7,458.57 (Plus $43.36 per diem thereafter) Attorney's Fee $ 1,250.00 Late Charges $ 367.64 Corporate Advance $ 165.00 Escrow Advance $ 1,731.25 GRAND TOTAL $ 215,191.96 9.
