the foregoing petition and on motion of Petitioner, by and through her attorney,
William M. Shreve, it is ORDERED AND DECREED a hearing be held for the
appointment of a guardian guardian of the person and estate of the alleged

Order of Court and a copy of the foregoing Petition together with an explanation of the

Petition and hearing on appointment of a permanent guardian shall also be given to:
