UCC-1 Financing Statement inwhich Ganflac Corporation is the Debtor and

(a) All of Debtor's r[xtures, machinery and equipment of any
nature whatsoever, now owned or hereafter acquired by Debtor, which are now or any
time hereafter installed in, attached to or placed or situated in or upon the
improvements erected on the real estate described in paragraph 10 and used or
intended to be used in the operation of any buildings and improvements now or
hereafter erected thereon, including replacements and substitutions thereof.
(b) Ail of D~tor's right, title and interest in, to and under any and all
lease and occupancy agreements now or hereafter existing as respects the real estate
described in paragraph 10 or the buildings and improvements erected thereon,
including lease, rental and other payments due or to become due thereunder.

construction contracts between Debtor(s), as Owner, and any and all contractors,
subcontractors and/or material men, together with all rights and privileges of any nature
thereunder accruing to Debtor, and all plans, municipal agreements, engineering
studies, sewer and all other plans, permits, licenses and approvals related to the real
estate described in paragraph 10, and any agreement(s) for the management or
