And now, this 30"' day of October, 2009, comes Robert Radebach, Esquin;
Counsel for Petitioner in the action above captioned and requests that the Court grant a
Continuance of the hearing scheduled for November 8, 2009 and in support thereof
sets forth the following:
1. This action was filed on September 28, 2009.
2. By Order of Court dated October 8, 2009, a hearing was scheduled for October
16, 2009, and a Citation was issued for that date.
3. By Order of Court dated October 7, 2009, the hearing
2009, was rescheduled to November 6, 2009.
4. Counsel for Petitioner has previously been uled
Dauphin County Pennsylvania, on November 6, 09.
