AND NOW comes George T. Fahnestock, Administrator of the Estate of Connie Lee
Fahnestock, hereinafter "Petitioner", by and through his attorney, Herschel Lock, Esquire, and
avers as follows:
1. Connie Lee Fahnestock, hereinafter "Decedent", while a resident of Shiremanstown,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania , and unmarried and without children, died on October 11,
2009, leaving her mother Izora F. Hoerner and brother George T. Fahnestock as her only parent
and sibling, respectively, surviving her.
2. On October 13, 2009, George T. Fahnestock, Petitioner herein, filed with the Office
of the Cumberland County Register of Wills his Petition for grant of Letters of Administration of
the aforecited Decedent's Estate, with Izora F. Hoerner, Decedent's mother, renouncing her right
to serve as Administratrix.
3. The Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, granted said Letters of
Administration to Petitioner on October 13, 2009, said Letters of Administration being filed to
number 2009-00962.
4. After the granting of the aforesaid Letters of Administration, an executed and
witnessed Will of the Decedent was found, the same appointing Petitioner herein as Executor of
her Estate (see Ex. "A" attached hereto).

5. The existence of Decedent's executed Will was not known at the time of his petitioning
for Letters of Administration.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner George T. Fahnestock, Administrator of the Estate of Connie Lee
Fahnerstock, Deceased, respectfully requests that the Will of Connie Lee Fahnestock be entered
into probate, Letters Testamentary be granted to him in accordance with Decedent's wishes and
applicable law, and thereafter the aforementioned Letters of Administration previously granted him
be revoked.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
CONNIE L. FAHNESTOCK
I, CONNIE L. FAHNESTOCK, of Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, revoking hereby all wills and codicils at any time heretofore by me
made.
I.
I direct that all of my just debts, together with the expenses of my funeral and cremation
and the cost of a gravemarker, if any there be, be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
II.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and
personal, of whatever kind and wheresoever situate, of which I shall die possessed or of which I
shall be entitled to dispose at the time of my death, to my beloved mother IZORA F. HOERNER.

EXHIBIT "A"
III.
In the event my mother IZORA F. HOERNER shall predecease me, dies simultaneously
with me or dies within thirty (30) days after my death, my aforesaid devise and bequest to her shall
lapse and, in that event, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
to my beloved brother GEORGE T. FAHNESTOCK.
IV.
I give, devise and bequeath my pendant diamond necklace and angel cookie jar to my
beloved friend VIKKI K. SWAILES.
V.
I give, devise and bequeath my diamond ring I always wear and the black and white
photograph of her grandmother and mother to CARRIE F. ZANG to give to her son, Keaton.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my brother GEORGE T. FAHNESTOCK as
F..xecutor of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event he shall for any reason fail to qualify,
or having qualified shall cease to act as Executor hereof, then I nominate, constitute and appoint
my friend VIKKI K. SWAILES as Alternate Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament in his
place and stead
VII.
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature
and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the
expense of the administration thereof, without apportionment.
VIII.
I direct that no person serving as Executor or Executrix of this Will be required to enter
security in any jurisdiction in which they might act.
