WHEREAS, Owner of TBD Blacks Bridge Road, Annville, PA 17003, is about to execute a
Contract with Contractor of 3351 Lincoln Highway East, Paradise, PA 17562,for the erection of a home,
upon TBD Blacks Bridge Road, Annville, PA 17003.

NOW, September 28, 2009, at the time of the execution of the Principal Contract, and before any
authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building,,
or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the said Contract with Contractor and
with each of the Parties intending to be legally bound hereby, and to bind their respective heirs, personal
representatives, successors, and assigns, as the case may be, it is agreed that no Lien shall be filed against
the building by the Contractor, or any Subcontractor, or by any of the Materialmen or Workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situated on the south side of Blacks Bridge Road (SR 4014) in East
Hanover Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows to wit:
BEGINNING at a nail set in the center of Blacks Bridge Road (SR 4014) and at corner of lands now or late of
Mary L. Laslo; thence along said Blacks Bridge Road (SR 4014), North 78 degrees 01 minutes 54 seconds East
a distance of 151.97 feet to a nail set at a corner of lands now or late of Russell W. and Janice A. Keim; thence
along said lands of Russell W. and Janice A. Keim the following (2) two courses and distances: (1) South 00
degrees 17 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 456.10 feet to a rebar set, having passing through a rebar
set 24.63 feet from the aforementioned nail; thence (2) North 89 degrees 42 minutes 45 seconds West a
distance of 148.51 feet to a rebar set online of lands now or late of Mary L. Laslo; thence along said lands of
Mary L. Laslo, North 00 degrees 17 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 423.84 feet, having passing through
a rebar set 398.20 feet from the aforementioned rebar set, to the point of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.500 acres, gross area, 1.415 acres net of right of way,
BEING Lot No. 1 on a Final Minor Subdivision Plan bearing Plan bearing revised plan date of December 16,
2008 prepared for Russell W. and Janice A. Keim by Brian G. Hockley & Associates, Inc., Lebanon, PA, Project
No. 2108.07.01, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Lebanon County, Pennsylvania
in Subdivision Plan Book 70, Page 169.
BEING A PORTION of the same premises conveyed unto Russell W. Keim and Janice A. Keim, by Salvadore A.
Miller and Nancy M. Miller, husband and wife, be their Deed dated December 9, 1996, recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds of Lebanon County in Deed Book 326, Page 919.
