Enclosed please find for filing form Rev-1500 Inheritance Tax Return for Resident
Decedent in connection with the above referenced estate, together wi~ check payable to
Register of Wills in the amount of $15.00 representing the filing fee.
Also enclosed are the following checks totaling $28,114.31 representing taxes due•
(1) Check #111 from the Estate of Valeria Nolan in the amount of $1,353.52 ~_
representing 4.5% tax due on $30,078.02 for joint property held in the names of
Fredith Nolan and Valeria Nolan as described on Schedule F. Please note that
Valeria Nolan passed away on 6/26/09, several months after the death of Fredith
Nolan.
(2) Check #1116 from the Estate of Fredith Nolan in the amount of $3,939.55
representing 4.5% tax at the lineal rate on $87,545.39 for distribution of 65% of the
residuary estate to Valeria Nolan, beneficiary, as shown on Schedule J. v~
(3) Check #117 from the Estate of Fredith Nolan in the amount of $725.50
representing 15% tax on the value of the specific bequests distributed to the
beneficiaries as shown on Schedule F.
(4) Check #2071 from Dennis J. Hoover in the amount of $22,095.74 representing 15%
tax on the annuity distributions to John Nicholas Hoover, Ashley Hoover and
Victoria Hoover as shown on Schedule G.
