Note - Items specifically bequeathed to Denise Wolf were appraised. However, Ms. Wolf declined these specific bequests and the items were included for sane with other items of personal property from the residuary estate. Personal Property Sold at Auction -Per attached invoices. These items were sold on 7/10/09, 7/20/09 and 7/28/09 for a total sale price of $4,417.00. 4.417.00 Total Personal Property Reai Estate Real Estate -All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having thereon erected a dwelling unit known and numbered as 5216 Cobblestone Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by Eugene E, Beers and Violet D. Beers, husband and wife, by deed dated March 9, 1998 and recorded March 27, 1998 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds ©ffice in Deed Book 174, Page 225, a copy of said deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The said Violet D. Beers died March 27, 2006, whereupon full and complete title to the within described property became vested solely in Eugene E. Beers, the decedent herein. The above-described real estate was sold pursuant to an Agreement of Sale dated July 15, 2009, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Final settlement took place on September 1, 2009. A copy of the deed conveying this real estrate, along with a copy of the Settlement Sheet are attached hereto and incorporated herein: The sale price of the real estate was $164,000.00.
