BEAVER KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, KATHY L. BEAVER , presently residing at 401 Erford Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, Cumberland r/ounty, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, declare and publish this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills and codicils heretofore made by me. Currently, I am separated from my husband, Robert Beaver, and am in the process of Divorce proceedings. I am writing this my Last Will in an effort to disinherit' my said husband from receipt of any property that I may have, including property which is currently held in Joint ownership with my husband; said Joint Tenancy property is also the subject of the current separation negotiations with my husband. At the time of execution of this document I have Three (3) chilldren: Nancine Morris, currently of 100 Nestside Court, Harrisburg, PA 17110; and, Tim Barlup, currently of 4311 Winfield Street, Harrisburg, PA 17109; and, Karie Barlup, currently of 401 Erford Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011. FIRST: Funeral Arrangements. I direct that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life. SECOND: Debts and Funeral Expenses. I direct that all my just debts, expenses of my last illness, and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter named, from my estate as soon after my death as practicable. THIRD: Residuary Estate. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed and of whatever mature and wherever situated, including lapsed legacies, and any property over which I may have power of appointment, in the following manner: A.
