I, the undersigned, being an heir of the Estate of Lois M. I3rame,l~eceased, do
hereby acknowledge that I have received of and from the Estate of Lois M. Brame, the property
designated to me in her will, with the same effect as if it had been duly awarded to me by the
Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Orphans' Court Division, and,
therefore, the undersigned does by these presents, remise, release, quitclaim and forever
discharge Charles R. Martin, Jr. and Suzanne Jacobs, the said Executors of the Estate of Lois M.
Brame, as well as their attorney, Jane Adams, their heirs and assigns, of and from all actions,
suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims, and demands, whatsoever for or b~ reason thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the,undersigned
