September 17, 2009 in the above-captioned matter, is hereby amended to provide that:
A reasonable fee for the services of the guardian may be made and payable from the
estate of the ward and, if applicable, from the PA Department of Welfare, in the amount
of $100 per month assuming that the monthly payment is not objected to by the
Department. Assuming there is no objection by the Department, said $100 per month
shall increase or decrease consistent with Department regulations. The GOOD NEWS
CONSULTING, Inc., one-time start up fee of $400.00 is approved by the Court.
