Omne~ wherebytheformerundertookandagreedtoerectandconstructa improvements on dwelling
on that certain lot of ground situate in
ALL that certain house and lot of ground situate in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
ON the North by West North Street; on the South by a Ten (10) foot alley; on the East by
property now or formedy of Clarence Comp; and on the West by property now or formerly
of D. Fredericks; and continuing in front on West North Street Twenty-one (21) feet Eight
(8) inches and extending at an even width to a depth of One Hundred Twenty (~20) feet,
more or less.
Having an address of 130 West North Street, Carlisle, PA
NOIF THEREFOR.E, THIS dGREEMENT ~ZlTNESSETH: That the said.Contractor, for and in consideration of
the sum of ($l. O0) Dollar to i t in hand paid by O~vner, the receipt whereof is hereby
achnowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, a~d all partics acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be fled or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards· in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, '
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive end
relinquish the right to have· file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or an), of
them, and agree that this instrument, wai~ing the right ofllen, shall be an independent covenant.
