cor:sideration of the Petition for the Appointment of Permanent
Plenary Guardians of the Person and Estate Pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.
5511, and following a second period of hearing which has not yet
been completed, the record shall remain open, and a further period
of hearing is scheduled for Monday, January 4, 2010, commencing at
,:30 a.m,
It is noted that at the time of adjournment on today's
date, Petitioner was continuing to present its case-in-chief, arld
was subjecting to direct examination Constance Stoneroad of
Keystone Guardianship Services. Petitioner's Exhibits 1 and 2 had
been. identified and admitted at a prior period of hearing, no other
exhibits had been identified or admitted.
