COMPLAINT FOR CUSTODY
AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff, Jill Rettig, Pro Se, and makes the following Complaint
for Custody:
The Plaintiff is Jill Rettig, an adult individual residing at 1020 Hemlock Lane,
Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17025.
2. The Defendant is Christopher Jenks, an adult individual, who currently resides at
118 Kim Acres Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055.
3. The Plaintiff and Defendant were never married and one (1) child was born out of
wedlock as a result of this relationship, who is the subject of this action, namely:
1 Kyliegh Anne Rettig-Jenks, Date Of Birth- 04/06/2000
4. Plaintiff seeks physical and legal custody of the minor child, Kyliegh Anne
Rettig-Jenks.
5. The minor child is presently in shared custody.
6. During the past five (5) years, the minor child has resided with the following
persons at the following addresses:

7. The natural mother of the minor child is the Plaintiff.
8. The natural father of the minor child is the Defendant.
9. The Plaintiff has not participated as a party or in any other way in any litigation
concerning the custody of the minor child in this or any other court, except for this instant
custody action.
10. The Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding concerning the minor
child pending in a court of this or any other jurisdiction.
11. Plaintiff knows of no other person not a party to this action already who has
physical custody of or claims to have custody or visitation with the said minor child.
12. Plaintiff believes that the best interest of the minor child would be served if sole
physical and legal custody is awarded to mother, the Plaintiff and Dependant herein.
13. Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not been terminated and the
person who has the physical custody of the child have been named as parties to this action.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Jill Rettig requests this Honorable Court to award sole physical
and legal custody of the minor child, Kyliegh Rettig-Jenks.

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, Thursday, November 19, 2009 , upon consideration of the attached Complaint,
it is hereby directed that parties and their respective counsel appear before Hubert X. Gilroy, Esq. the conciliator,
at 4th Floor, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at 10:30 AM
for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or
if this cannot be accomplished, to define and narrow the issues to be heard by the court, and to enter into a temporary
order. Failure to appear at the conference may provide grounds for entry ofa temporary or permanent order.
The court hereby directs the parties to furnish any and all existing Protection from Abuse orders,
Special Relief orders, and Custody orders to the conciliator 48 hours prior to scheduled hearing.
