KERWIN HOLLY MCGLURE KERWIN ATTORNEYS AT LAW '• l Last Will and Testament of MARY .TAKE SHOOP I, MARY JANE SHOOP, of Middletown, County of Dauphin and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all my legally enforceable debts, funeral expenses, administration expenses, and inheritance, estate, succession or excise taxes, which I owe or may become due on account of my death, as soon as may be convenient after my decease. ECOND: In the event I own an automobile at the time of my death, I hereby bequeath said automobile to my friend, CHARLES ROBINSON. However, it is my wish that when CHARLES ROBINSON sells or trades in the car, that he provide the cash value of the car at the time that it is traded in or sold, as part of my estate and distribute it accordingly to the residuary clause of this my Last Will and Testament. THIRTY: I direct that CHARLES ROBIl'~TSON shall be allowed to reside in my mobile home for the duration of his natural life as long as he resides in said mobile home, providing that he be responsible for the insurance, maintenance and utilities incurred as a result of his residing in the home. Upon his death, I direct that the mobile home pass into the residue of my estate and be divided equally among my children. FOURTH: I request that one of the assets of my estate, that being the Mortgage and Bond on my Boiling Springs property, which was executed by my son, MARTIN D. SHOOP and JANE O.
