AND NOW, this 6th day of November, 2009, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate and Grant
of Letters filed by Sharon M. Heller and Kathleen A. Kuehl, along with three documents offered for probate
dated May 3, 1995, September 2Q 2002, and September 28, 2009, the Register of Wills having given
consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those documents and renders the
following decision.
IT IS DECREED that the document dated September 2Q 2002 is admitted to probate as the Last
Will and Testament of Harry D. Bickle. The Codicil dated September 28, 2009 is also admitted to probate.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that the Grant of Letters Testamentary aze hereby issued to Shazon
M. Heller and Kathleen A. Kuehl. Sharon M. Heller and Kathleen A. Kuehl shall have all the rights and
duties of fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate
according to law.
