O9- ~qq ~'~0~ STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS WHEREAS, STEPHEN C. NUDEL and GINA G. Nb-DEL, of 3 Westwind Drive, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043 (the "Owner',) the Owner of the hereinafter described tract of land, has executed or is about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with RUSSEL E. CLEAVER t/a R.E. CLEAVER of RR 4 Box 93, Newport, Pennsylvania 17074 (the "Contractor") for improvements to the premises located at 3 Westwind Drive, Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17043 (the "Premises").
