Clouse, respectfully represents: l .Your petitioner is James A. Clouse, brother of the deceased, who resides at 260 Union Hall Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013, and has the following interests in the assets that would comprise the estate of Robert E. Clouse: 2. Robert E. Clouse, died testate on October 15, 2009 while residing in his brother's home in N. Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. At the time of his death, Robert E. Clouse resided with his brother, James A. Clouse, at 260 Union Hall Road, Carlisle, PA 17015. 4. The decedent was survived by James A. Clouse, with whom he resided at the time of his death, and is the brother entitled to the family exemption under 20 PA C.S, .~. §3121. James A. Clouse is named as Executor under the decedent's will and is the Petitioner herein.
