Plaintiff is a Corporation who is the legal holder of the mortgage that is the subject of this Mortgage Foreclosure action. Plaintiff is in the process of formalizing the Assignment of Mortgage to be sent for recording. 2. Defendant(s) is the individual designated as such on the caption on a preceding page, whose last known address is as set forth in the caption, and unless designated otherwise, is the real owner(s) and mortgagor(s) of the premises being foreclosed. 3.
