Neidlinger, of 595 Greason Road, Carlisle, Pa. 17013 ~n;:,wherebytheformerandertoohandagreedtoerectandconstructa dwelling Lot 24 Nicholas Manor Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, PA 17013 , hereinafterreferredtooz on that Certainlotefgroandsituntein NO~F THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT V~'ITNE$$ETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of · tt~em the sum of ($ L O0) Dollar to in hand pald by O~ner, the receipt wherevf i~ hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement oforesaid~ for themselves and their subcontractors, and ail parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's, liens or claims shall herded or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or othenvise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and Others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, fde, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or ~ny of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant. g/1TNESS our hand~ and ~eals thi~ llth January 2001 ~ dayof .~ ,19 ntractor ~ 7VflGIAIGIql lt0g £N3MIOG37?AON~{DV ALL that certain tract of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as Lot 24 and more fully described on the Final Subdivision Plan for Phase 1 of Nicholas Manor, prepared by Statler-Brehm Associates, Inc,, dated October 13, 1999 and recorded April 17, 2000 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, in Plan Book 80, Page 135, bounded and desefibed as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point along the eastern fight-of-way line of Silkweed Lane at the dividing line between Lot 24 and 25 on the hereinabove mentioned Plan; thence along said dividing line Noah 59 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 335.00 feet to a point; thence along the dividing line between Lots 24 and 26 on the hereinabove mentioned Plan South 31 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 210.00 feet to a point; thence along the dividing line between Lots 24 and 23 on the bereinabove mentioned Plan South 59 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 335.00 feet to a point; thence along the eastern right-of-way line of Silkweed Lane Noah 31 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 210.00 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING a gross lot area of 70,350 square feet, including the portion under and subject to a 6,700 square foot drainage easement along the southern boundary line of said lot. Being the same premises which Donald E. Dtehl and Raymond E. Diehl, father and son, granted and conveyed unto Larry V.
