ROBERT E. SHUMAKER, an adult individual, with an address of 210 Senate Avenue,
Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Owner", has entered into a
contract with PREMIER STONE, a Pennsylvania company with an address of 21 Ream Road,
Stevens, Pennsylvania, 17578 hereinafter called "Contractor", for the stone work and any other
improvements upon land of Owner having an address of 152 Creekside Drive, Enola, East
Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described in Deed dated May 30, 2008 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Instrument Number 200818075.
NOW, this 6th day of November, 2009, before any authority has been given by the said
Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials
for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against said property by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material-
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the installation and construction of said improvements, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
THIS Stipulation Against Liens has been executed by Owner and Contractor on the day
above written.
