KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, Leah May Atticks, an adult
individual and legatee of Elizabeth G. Atticks, deceased, hereby acknowledge that I have
received of and from Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Executor and Attorney for the Estate of Elizabeth
G. Atticks, deceased, a full and final distribution of a ring consisting of one large diamond
and two rubies set in yellow gold, appraised at $3,750.00, as referred to in Item Third of
the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth G. Atticks dated October 24, 2005, which has
previously been received on April 4, 2008, in full satisfaction of all sum or sums of money,
share or shares, purports and dividends which were due, owing, payable and belonging to
me, by any means whatsoever, for or on account of our share, part or dividend of the real,
personal and mixed Estate of the said Elizabeth G. Atticks, deceased.
AND THEREFORE, I, the said Leah May Atticks, do by these presents, release,
remise, .quitclaim and forever discharge the said Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Executor and
Attorney for the Estate of Elizabeth G. Atticks, deceased, his heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns of and from the full distributive share as described
herein, purport, dividend and interest of the aforesaid Estate, and of and from all actions,
suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason
thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause, or thing whatsoever, to the day of the date of
these presents.
