Atticks, deceased, hereby acknowledge that it has received of and from Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Executor and Attorney for the Estate of Elizabeth G. Atticks, deceased, a full and final distribution in the amount of $3,440.78, in full satisfaction of all sum or sums of money, share or shares, purports and dividends which were due, owing, payable and belonging to me, by any means whatsoever, for or 'on account of our share, part or dividend of the real, personal and mixed Estate of the said Elizabeth G. Atticks, deceased. AND THEREFORE, the said Market Square Presbyterian Church, does by these presents, release, remise, quitclaim and forever discharge the said Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Executor and Attorney for the Estate of Elizabeth G.
