KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the Estate of Joyce L A~er,
deceased, a legatee of EI'rzabeth G. Atticks, deceased, hereby acknowledge that the
Estate has received of and from Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Executor and Attorney far the Estate
of Elizabeth G. Atticks, deceased, a full and final distribution of $500.00 from the sale of
a 1993 Okfsmobile Cutlass Ciera, as referred to in Item Sixth of the Last Will and
Testament of Elizabeth G. Atticks dated October 24, 2005, which $500.00 has previously
been received, and $6,881.56 in full satisfaction of all sum or sums of money, share or
shares, purports and dividends which were due, owing, payable and belonging to me, by
any means whatsoever, for or on account of our share,- part or dividend of the real,
personal and mixed Estate of the said Elizabeth G. Atticks, deceased.
AND THEREFORE, the Estate of Joyce I. Miller, deceased, does by these presents,
release, remise, quitclaim and foreverdischarge the said Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Executor and
Attorney for the Estate of Elizabeth G. Atticks, deceased, his heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns of and ftom the full distributive share as described
herein, purport, dividend and interest of the aforesaid Estate, and of and from all actions,
suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for qr by reason
thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause, or thing whatsoever, to the day of the date of
these presents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound, I have hereunto
