WHEREAS, Todd W. Statler & Iris M. Statler
Of Mechanicsburg, PA
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
William Goodling, Mechancsburg, Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a__story building upon a lot of land situate:
Being Lot 70, Phase III, Walnut Point, Silver Spring Township as recorded in Plan Book 93,
Page 73 also know as 104 Crimson Court, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050
Now, November 12, 2009, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract and before any authority has been give by said Owner to the said Contractor to
commences work on said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar, to
Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or land
by the contractor, or any subcontractor, not any of the material or workmen or any other person
for any Labor, or Materials purchase or extra labor or materials purchase for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
