On 01/04/2006 mortgagor(s) made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR COMMERCE BANK/HARRISBURG, N.A. which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of CUMBERLAND County, in Mortgage Book No. 1937, Page 0126.
