ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 5th day of November, 2009, upon
motion of counsel for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
Department of Revenue, and pursuant to an agreement reached in
open court between counsel for the Commonwealth in the person of
Lora A. Kulick, Esquire, and the Executor of the estate in this
matter, David C. Oyler, it is ordered and directed that David C.
Oyler, Executor of the Estate of Rachael M. Oyler, deceased, in
accordance with the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act of 1991, file
the Inheritance Tax Return in the Estate of Rachael M. Oyler,
deceased, and bear the cost of the action within 60 days of the
entry of this order.
