Whereas, the Owner is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with said
contractor, a partnership organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, for the
General Construction work located within the lot of land situate in the Borough of Carlisle, County
of Cumberland and being known and addressed as 131 West Pomfret Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
17013 and as is described further on the attached deed.
Now, Therefore, on February 6, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution of
the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owner to the said
contractor to commence work on the said project, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with the said contractor and the further consideration of One
Dollar paid to the said contractor by the said owner, it is agreed that no mechanic's claims or other
liens shall be filed against the building and/or ground appurtenant thereto by the contractor, or any
sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials pumhased or furnished in connection with the
construction of the said project or any part thereof, the right to file such liens being expressly waived
and relinquished herewith.

HAVING thereon erected a two story brick dwelling house and other
improvements, and known as No. 131 West Pomfret Street. Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Theodore A. Burczak, single man, by
Deed dated April 24, 1998 and recorded April 24, 1998 in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed Book Volume
176, Page 23 granted and conveyed unto Joshua J. Meikrantz, single
man.
AND, Elizabeth Meikrantz, spouse of Joshua J. Meikrantz, joins in
this deed for the purpose of conveying the premises described
herein free and clear of any potential future claim, in the event
of a divorce or an annulment, that the premises or the proceeds, or
any portion of either of them, are "marital property" as this term
is defined in the Pennsylvania Divorce Code.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to all reservations, restrictions,
covenants, conditions, easements, leases and rights of way
appearing of record.
