STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Contractors have entered into a contract with Owners to
provide materials and perform labor necessary for the construction of a
residence upon a lot of ground located in Lower Allen Township Township,
Cumberland County, PA as more fully described in Exhibit "A".
NOWTHEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the
said parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein
set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, or sub-contractor under
this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work
done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County
Prothonotary in accordance with the requirements of Section 402 of the
Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in such case
provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their
hands and seals this 13th day of February, A.D. 2001.

EXHIBIT 'A'
All that certain iot or tract of land being situated along the east side of Lisbum Road, SR. 2017, in
Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, said lot being shown as Lot No. 10 on
a Final Subdivision Plan ]:'or High Meadow, Phase 4, dated July 19, 1996, and last revised August
27, 1997, as recorded in Plan Book 74, Pg. 95, said lot being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING AT A POINT, on the somhem right-of-way line of Woodcreek Drive, said point
being the northeastern comer of the above described lot and the northwestern comer of Lot 11 of
the above referenced subdivision plan; thence along the western property line of Lot 11 South
49 °38'01" East, 171.24' to a point; thence along the northern property line of' Lower Alien Township
Authority the following three (3) courses and distances 1) South 31"41'10" West, 156.33'to a point;
2) North 58" 18' 50" West, 39. l 7' to a point; 3) South 31 °41'10" West, 17.02' to a point on the
eastern right-of-way line of Lisburn Road (SR-2017); thence along the same right-of-way line North
58° 18'50" West, 116.57' to a point; thence along the southern right-of-way line of Woodcreek Drive
the following three (3) courses and distances I) a curve to the right with a radius of 25.00' and an
arc length of 40.27' to a point; 2) North 33 ° 58' 18" East, 92.74' to a point; 3) a curve to the right
having a radius of' 725.00' and an arc length of' 80.92' to a point, being the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 32,289 square feet (0.741 acres).
