This informal accounting included--but was not limited to: the legal expenses, accounting expenses (none), and other expenses of administration as well as details on the assets of the estate and the disposition of those assets. I am satisfied with this informal accounting, and I now consider the estate of Patrick J. Fitzgerald settled. I understand that if at some time in the future a valid claim against the estate should be presented, I will be required to provide my share of the payment of such a claim.
