Monfredo, Esquire and in support of her Motion to Continue Hearing avers as follows: Your petitioner filed a Petition for Citation Sur Appeal From Decree of Probate in the above captioned estate matter on September 10, 2009. 2. An Order was entered on September 14, 2009, by the Honorable Edward E. Guido scheduling a hearing for November 23, 2009. 3. Undersigned counsel has been unable to contact Petitioner and has had no communication from her for the last several months. 4. The opposing attorneys, Gregory J. Katshir, Esquire and James D. Hughes, Esquire have been contacted and they concur with the continuance request.
