MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE
AND NOW, comes the Alleged Incapacitated Person in the above captioned matter,
by and through her counsel, Grace E. D'Alo, and asks the following:
l . At request of counsel for Viloelto T. Palmere, and by Order of this Court dated
November 18, 2009, the hearing of the above-captioned matter was continued
to Friday, December 4, 2009, at 11:00 a.m., in Courtroom #4, Cumberland
Cournty Courthouse.
:Z. The undersigned counsel has pre-existing obligations and will be out of the
state on December 4, 2009.
3. Undersigned counsel has contacted counsel for Violeto Palmere, Robert
O'Brien, and has not had any response as to whether he concurs or objects to
this request.
WIIEREFORE, counsel requests that the hearing be rescheduled to a date when both
counsel and the relevant parties are availabale.
